Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We are not a pharmaceutical company and we make zero medical claims.

Placing an order doesn't guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including if we suspect misuse, fraud, or if a product is out of stock. You'll be notified and refunded if we cancel.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs on our site, we're not obligated to honor it — but we'll always communicate with you before canceling.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or acts of God. Once it leaves our facility, it's in the carrier's hands.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it. We're not going to leave you hanging — but we need to know ASAP.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and compliance with local regulations. We cannot be held liable for packages seized by customs. Know your country's laws before ordering.
We do not accept returns on any product. Full stop. Here's why: our compounds are biological research chemicals. The moment a vial leaves our facility, we have zero way of verifying its storage conditions, handling, or whether it's been reconstituted. Accepting a return on a used or opened vial would be a biohazard — and we're not doing that. This is non-negotiable.
If you've opened a vial, reconstituted a peptide, or used any portion of a product — that order is final. No exceptions. We don't care if it "didn't work" — research outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund. That's the nature of research. If you're not okay with that, this isn't the right store for you.
What we guarantee is purity. Every single batch is independently tested and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product we sell. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, incorrectly labeled, or clearly not what you ordered — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll investigate and make it right. That's our commitment.
Received the wrong item or something arrived physically damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We'll sort it out fast. We're not here to screw you — but we need to know immediately, not a week later.
Need to cancel? You have a window — contact us immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We move fast in the lab. Don't wait.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback on a valid order is considered theft. We maintain detailed records of every transaction, shipment, and delivery confirmation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and reported. Don't go there.
